Our Policy

  • Final Inspection: Once your service is completed, it is the client’s responsibility to confirm that the desired result has been achieved.
  • Reporting Concerns: Any concerns must be reported within the initial service timeframe.
  • Refunds: Please note that we do not offer refunds on any services.
  • Adjustments: If you notice any issues within the first 24 hours, please contact us immediately. We will gladly do our best to resolve the matter; however, we are unable to provide adjustments after the 24-hour window has passed.

  • Consent: By visiting Royal Hair Braiding, you permit us to use your photographs, audio, videos, voice recordings, and your hairstyle for social media and promotional purposes.
  • Privacy Option: If you prefer not to be featured, kindly inform us before your appointment begins by signing our decline form. We will always respect your privacy.
