2. Cancellations, Late Arrivals & No-Shows

If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. Arrivals more than 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time may result in a shortened service or cancellation to avoid delaying other clients.
No-Shows:
Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in the loss of your deposit and may restrict your ability to book future appointments.

5. Satisfaction & Re-Service Policy

Where reasonably possible, we will work with you to adjust or correct the hairstyle.
